ALS: Red Hook (N.Y.), to Nicholas Low, 1798 October 4.

A letter sent to Nicholas Low, a New York City merchant and land speculator. On behalf of Mr. King, Low asked Armstrong to investigate farms for sale in his area, and in a lengthy response, Armstrong gives detailed information about four different properties that were available commenting on the farmland, orchards, the woodlands, the houses and other buildings, and the tenants on the various properties.
